My passion for congress management started as an intern for a small event boutique, in one of the most fast-paced cities in the world, NYC. The perfect backdrop for an equally yoked profession. To keep up, the importance of time management was instilled in the very beginning of my learning journey and it skilled me to work under pressure. Today, I am capable to easily adapt to unfamiliar situations and effortlessly work with deadlines. If the past years have taught me anything, it is that outside of my comfort zone, in the unknown, is where I have learned to value and rely on my skills and knowledge. As an independent contractor for MORE by Mauralen Ramos, my aim is to continuously redefine the standard for project management excellence. As an experienced Senior Project Manager, I seamlessly guide projects from concept to completion, while optimizing structures and processes for optimal efficiency. MORE embodies my approach that goes beyond the conventional, MORE than just project completion. MORE symbolizes my passion for organization, structure and creating memorable experiences.
